Pizza Crusts
These delicious Pizza Crusts are made with bamboo fibre and sourdough, stone baked to doughy perfection. Our Stone Baked Pizza Crusts are an excellent source of fibre and free from allergens including gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, nut and soy, and vegan freindly!
Ingredients: Water, White Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Thickening Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Xanthan Gum, Carboxy Methylcellulose, Guar Gum,) Bamboo Fibre, Buckwheat Flour, Humectant (Glycerol), Inulin, Psyllium Husk, Pea Protein, Pea Fibre, Potato Fibre, Corn Flour, Apple Juice Concentrate, Yeast, Canola Oil, Sourdough (Fermented Corn and Quinoa Flour), Iodised Salt, Preservatives (Sorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Acidifier (Glucono-Delta-Lactone), Antioxidant (Tartaric Acid).

Serving Instructions: Place the crust on a baking tray and top it with your favourite ingredients. Preheat the oven to 250’C. Reduce to 180’C and place the topped pizza on the middle shelf, cook for 10-15 minutes.
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. For maximum freshness, place in an airtight container and consume within 2 days. Packed in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
